C = Core strengthening Yoga
Our daily life style requires doing same type of job every day like sitting, standing, walking or even driving for hours. The abdominal muscles have very limited and specific action. The "core" actually consists of many different muscles that stabilize the spine and pelvis and run the entire length of the torso. Core strengthening Yoga is a series of poses from traditional Yoga focusing on your abdomen to make them strong. These muscles help control movements, transfer energy, shift body weight and move in any direction. A strong core distributes the stresses of weight-bearing and protects the back, to strengthen your core muscle.
