G = Gyan Yoga

Gyan Yoga is a series of poses practiced in a room with plenty of fresh air.  It is designed to promote openness through your joints, strength throughout the upper body, and core,  while massaging your entire body. Standing, seated and supine (lying down) poses are practiced, giving a balanced cardiovascular practice. Gyan Yoga style helps to improve the respiratory system using traditional and centuries old breathing techniques. This class is suitable for all levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced.  There is just enough heat to make you feel good, without the suffocating feeling of excess humidity, in heated rooms.

 T = Traditional Yoga

Traditional yoga is a series of Poses practiced in traditional Indian style, very popular in India. Most schools in India practice traditional style, and it includes poses that helps with a stiff back, and improves flexibility,

C = Core strengthening Yoga

Our daily life style requires doing same type of job every day like sitting, standing, walking or even driving for hours. The abdominal muscles have very limited and specific action. The "core" actually consists of many different muscles that stabilize the spine and pelvis and run the entire length of the torso. Core strengthening Yoga is a series of poses from traditional Yoga focusing on your abdomen to make them strong. These muscles help control movements, transfer energy, shift body weight and move in any direction. A strong core distributes the stresses of weight-bearing and protects the back, to strengthen your core muscle.

P = Pranayam

Pranayam (also spelled Pranayama) is an ancient element included in performing yoga posture practice, the fourth part of the eight-fold Yoga described in the "Yoga Sutra of Patanjali". Pranayama is concerned with breathing and posture. Research has shown that that practicing Pranayama can relieve symptoms of asthma. It is also beneficial in treating stress related disorders, such as anxiety and depression. Pranayam supplies oxygen to the entire body, and exercises the lungs, the stomach and its surrounding organs.

PH = Power Hour

Based on Power Yoga.

F = Flow Yoga

Sequences of poses to strengthen your body and soul. A series of postures to heat up your body and while providing good cardiovascular practice. Poses are practiced in a flow.
